Project Overview

Select Spraying & Decorating was appointed to carry out the external painting and spraying works at Crown Point Retail Park, a high-traffic retail destination in Leeds. The project required a high-quality, consistent finish across multiple architectural elements while maintaining uninterrupted site operations. 

Scope of Works
Works included the preparation and spraying of external features such as canopies, fascia's, soffits, signage stanchions, structural steelwork, pillars, and architectural features. Careful surface preparation and controlled application were essential to ensure durability and a uniform finish in line with the retail park’s branding.

Programme & Logistics
Due to daytime trading activity, all works were completed during night-time hours. This required detailed planning, specialist lighting, and strict health and safety controls to allow safe and efficient application across a live commercial environment without disruption to retailers or customers.

Approach
Specialist spraying techniques were used to achieve a smooth, consistent finish across large surface areas, improving efficiency while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Particular attention was given to prominent architectural and signage areas where finish quality was critical.

Outcome
The project successfully refreshed and modernised the external appearance of the retail park. All works were completed to programme, with no disruption to trading, delivering a clean, professional finish across the site.
